The company’s Principal – Michael O’Shea – is an internationally renowned Information Management consultant. He has provided services for clients in all sectors across North America, Europe and the Middle East. He has been a return speaker at international conferences for organizations such as ARMA, AIIM, and ASQC. He is also the author of Carswell’s authoritative publication Records and Information Management and is the co-author of their on-line Records and Information Management Audit Toolkit. He is the former owner of Arenburg Consultants which is now TAB Consulting Services.
